Cafe Kitchen

Siam Pavilion Co., Ltd. / Küchen Bangkok delivered a complete stainless steel café kitchen installation at Susco Square, Phutthabucha Road, Bangkok. The project was designed to support both coffee service and light bakery operations, ensuring functionality, hygiene, and durability for daily café use.

The kitchen included:

• Gas range with double wok Thai burners, ideal for quick stir-fry or hot food preparation

• Stainless steel ventilation hood system with ducting to ensure proper smoke and heat extraction

• Stainless steel sink with backsplash and shelving for dishwashing and hygiene compliance

• Open stainless steel shelving units for easy storage of kitchenware and ingredients

• Work tables with lower storage space, maximizing efficiency in limited café space

All equipment was fabricated from SS304 stainless steel, ensuring high durability, rust resistance, and easy cleaning. The ventilation hood system was custom-sized to the space, with ducting extended to release fumes safely outside the café.

With this installation, the café at Susco Square gained a professional-grade kitchen setup, ready to serve both beverages and light meals efficiently while maintaining hygiene standards.
