Restaurant Kitchen
Siam Pavilion Co., Ltd. designed and installed a stainless steel restaurant kitchen in Rama 2, Bangkok, optimized for an irregular rectangular layout. The client requested a flexible kitchen that could support Thai Fusion cuisine, combining traditional Thai recipes with modern cooking techniques.
The kitchen was equipped with a full line of custom stainless steel equipment, including:
Thai gas ranges with multiple burners for wok cooking and stir-fry dishes
Flat griddle and hot plate for grilling and pan-fried menus
Undercounter chiller and refrigeration units for fresh ingredient storage
Stainless steel hood system with exhaust ducting for efficient smoke removal
Upright stainless steel refrigerator for high-volume cold storage with 2 system Freeze and Chill
Double sink unit with right-hand drainboard for dishwashing and hygiene compliance
Each piece of equipment was designed in SS304 stainless steel, ensuring hygiene, durability, and easy cleaning. The cooking line also includes integrated lower shelves to maximize storage space for pots and pans.
Despite the irregular shape of the kitchen space, our team optimized the workflow—from preparation to cooking to washing—ensuring that the restaurant can operate smoothly every day and serve Thai Fusion dishes at a professional standard.
